Professional Photography Policy
Start and End Dates:
Registration begins September 1
Sessions can be scheduled for October 1 through November 17

Please enter your name, email address, phone number, date and time slots requested. Press SEND.
Location site usage fee/payment:

$29.99 plus tax minimum charge for up to 4 hours per day

Additional $29.99 for over 4 hours per day

Payment is required at scheduling time to secure scheduled slot

Photographer Policy:

Photographer must sign a Liability Waiver Form prior to their session. A form is available by clicking this link: Waiver Form

To print the form : Right Click and select print

Take a picture of the signed waiver form and email to smhawkins11@aol.com or upload to Merry Christmas Tree Farm Facebook Instant Messenger.

Photographer must communicate policy and parking rules to their clients prior to the photo session.
Parking:
- Enter the Tree Farm, turn right, and drive down the slight hill. Park in the open field. Please allow room for others to park.

No parking at the Gift Shop

No parking past the bridge, but you can walk past the bridge to set up your photography sessions in the Christmas Trees
Photography rules:

No Smoking

No pictures on the bridge during business hours (Tractors are rolling)

Children must be supervised by parents

Animals must be on a leash, waste cleaned up and disposed

Do not allow animals to mark the Christmas Trees; it damages the tree

Use of farm equipment for props is prohibited

No loitering or photography sessions around the residence
